He launched the first telecom series of events in India - "Infotech & Telematics Series". He has also been a part of strategic team, which is behind the prestigious & highly successful telecom event in India - "Convergence India".

He is the founder of Bharat Exhibitions and Managing Director of BE Expositions Pvt. Ltd. BE is empowering Indian Telecom & IT industry with the power & potential of the Business Conferences. BE Expositions Pvt. Ltd is also impacting Lives of Marketing Professionals by offering Business Conferences & exhibitions as an extended marketing tool.

In addition, he maintains professional membership with a large number of trade associations and business councils like ITU - APT foundation, TEMA, NTF, FANS & The Wine Society of India.

Shailendra is the Co-Founder and CEO of Shaildhar Telecom Services Pvt. Ltd. He is a Telecom Industry veteran with 27 years experience. He has been a pioneer in the Marketing and Sales of Telecom equipment and solutions with leading companies such as Tata Telecom, Ericsson and Sun Microsystems. For the last 10 years he has been helping Multi-national Telecom vendors establish a foothold in the Regional market. Through these companies Shailendra has brought new technologies and applications in India and the region.

Rajasekharan Nair leads the Shaildhar Operations. He has over 20 years of rich experience with leading telecom and other companies in various management functions. Nair is a strong management executive with proven track record with objective to save Capital and Operational expenses for an organisation. His international business experience and local Indian knowledge positions him well to recruit and retain the best and talented professional work force available for our customers.

Nair was Director- Finance & Operations at Telenity Asia Pacific Region, responsible for, all Finance and Operations functions. He has responsible for Telenity Operations start in the region for location enabled applications and a variety of value added services.

Prior to Telenity, Nair was Deputy Manager and Section Head of Accounts for 10 years with FIBCOM INDIA LTD (A Joint Venture of Tellabs Denmark, IFU Denmark and ITI- a Govt. of India Undertaking). Nair played a prominent role in the setting up of the company operations in India. Fibcom India Ltd is a leading telecom solutions company which manufactures optical networking equipment and management systems under license from Tellabs Denmark A/s. It is the first company to set up local manufacturing and R&D facilities for latest SDH & DWDM fibre optic based products and Software based Telecom companies.

Goutam Mani our CTO has the experience of building and operating two Broadband networks using Ruckus Wireless and Ubiquity backhaul in Guwahati. He has previously worked as Rollout Head in Aircel in building their radio network (transmission and RF for both 2G/3G) in the North-East. He has 27 years of experience in Radio and Core Network.
